The second day will see a two-hour programme called Fit Foodie Fiesta, led by chef Priyanka M, a MasterChef India 2015 top 10 finalist. From panel discussions to live cooking demonstrations — dietary needs will be top focus. “I’m glad and honoured to be a part of The Fit Expo 2017 as their food and nutrition convener. It was high time the east of the country got an event like The Fit Expo. The fitness industry in eastern India seems to be at a stage that demands an event such as this. Last year was the first edition and I was impressed by the response it got and I’m extremely optimistic about this edition. With all good things, I expect it to be bigger and more exciting than last year. I am looking forward to sharing my domain expertise — Kaizzad Capadia, co-founder and director of The K11 Academy of Fitness Sciences

The second edition of The Fit Expo will set a benchmark in the wellness and fitness industry. It is going to change the outlook of millions towards their own health, food and fitness habits. It took us a lot of time, effort and hard work to bring such a huge product mix and this year we expanded our reach by bringing in all four verticals together — fitness, food, sports and wellness. We have something for everyone and for all ages. Adding spice to this year’s show, we have brought in a huge line-up of national and international experts and celebrities from the industry. This year there will be so much to see, explore, learn and experience that these two days are really going to fall short. We already have hundreds of registrations from visitors and participants from all over east and Northeast India. So don’t miss The Fit Expo 2017, because you will have to see it to believe it — Gagan Sachdev, chief convener, The Fit Expo
